Older hotel from the 70's but decent enough for the price, beautiful view, small but efficient room with nice balcony (not good for non smokers, because you sit in the smoke of the neighbours) Pool was ok clean but closes early at 19:00. Very friendly service , fluent in german and english. Mostly german tourist and dutch wit and without kids.

Zimmer

„

Small but efficient room, tv was was medieval, Shower/WC was small, did not drain that good so very wet. Beds are typical italian. Clean sheets and blankets. A ltittle noisy in the evening itailn programming and several german tv stations. Safe available in the room

Beach easy to walk to about 2 Km, easy way to get to several nice towns Desenzano, Riva, Toscolano, Salo and Verona. We also did a trip by train to venice from desenzano( 60? 2 roundtrip tickets booked in advance on line)Plenty of supermarkets in the surrounding area, lidl, Iper etc.
